A personalized package for individuals, businesses, and organizations not yet federally recognized (does not have a 501c3 status). By becoming an affiliate, you will adhere to PDR’s vision, mission, and goals, PDR’s programs and guidelines, and PDR’s policies and procedures.

You will have the opportunity to create individual programs within your chapter, as long as they align with PDR’s mission to empower women and families, promote self-sufficiency, and reduce the greenhouse gas footprint.

As an affiliate of PDR, Permanent Diaper Relief will offer the following services for your non-profit chapter:

  • Offer guidelines, and applications upon request, for family applications & processes.
  • Provide a “pdrlocation.org” domain, directing your families to the shared Permanent Diaper Relief website.
  • Provide a “ PDR-location” web page, with information regarding your organization, including (but not limited to):
  • Mission and values
  • History 
  • Site location
  • Contact information
  • Donation locations
  • Application forms 
  • Domain-specific email address
  • Branded marketing material
  • PDR + your location, or
  • Your business/ organization + “Powered by PDR”

Community engagement and support is a huge part of our practices here at Permanent Diaper Relief. Our affiliate memberships come with high standards to ensure our PDR chapters provide quality care and support throughout a family’s journey in our programs. 

In an effort to ensure all future members are aligned with PDR’s vision, mission, and goals, we have an extensive application process before on-boarding new members.
